With a blink of an eye, Christmas is over and it's New Year's Eve today! This Christmas was wholesome, a good celebration of Mass in church with the family and simple gatherings. No big fan fairs that choked me up towards the big day. In fact this year was relaxing. I wasn't impressed with the Christmas decorations around town and was doubly careful with the gifts spenditure. There's this tint of worry for next year's bleak economy and the need to save for rainy days.
As the New Year approaches, I'm looking to see how my financial budgeting and time management can be improved. Then, there are other New Year resolutions like: read and exercise more and be more creative! Pretty much the same old stuff... but at least it will help kick off the year in a more positive manner. :)
