Think of Darling Harbour in Sydney, Australia, Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong, the Falmouth Harbour in England and the New York Harbour in USA; one might start noticing Chao Tian Men Harbour (朝天门) in Chongqing (重庆), China as one of the few great harbours in the world. Chao Tian Men is the biggest harbour along the upstream of the Yangtze River (长江), also the longest river in China and Asia, and the third-longest in the world. It is said to be the best place to start sightseeing in Chongqing, where the muddy, churning waters of the Yangtze meets the transparent Jialing River.
