The evening rain and Chinatown crowd made us change our destination to my childhood playground,TB Hill Park. To our surprise there was quite a crowd there too. Trees were dressed with colourful lanterns, children swinging their handfuls of sparkelies and candles lined the floors. Just imagine the poor cleaners who will be scrapping out all the wax! I carried my reused fish lantern and Charles had bought a S$8 dragon from Carrefour. We've got some pretty moments on tape. Unfortunately, the cloudy skies shadowed the full moon. Somehow it just feels a little strange not being able to see it.
