It's a 'High Life' featured Italian restaurant @ Grand Copthrone Hotel. Despite a booking about 1 week ago, we were among one of the last names on the reserved list. There was something like a goodie bag for the ladies; with a single blue rose stalk (apparently the theme colour was blue...), a Ted & Co. Pontini Bear, a Pontini card holder and some useless 1 day fitness pass and Spa vouchers. To trigger the taste buds; there was Blue Bellini Champagne (which really sucked), Italian bread (Selezione al piatto di antipasti) for starters, a homemade tomato fettuccine with smoked salmon and caviar (Fettuccine rosse al Salmone affumicato e Caviale) entree (very tasty), either the Pan-fried veal medallions with porcini mushrooms, creamed potato and crispy leeks or Steamed grouper filled with prawn mousse in cabbage leaves and steamed potatoes main course and sweet chocolate topped with a champagne strawberry shot for dessert. Other little gimmicks included Filipino sarinators which sang for us a Spanish version of Michael Bubble’s "Sway" and a couple shot. Well, for $98+++, we enjoyed the experience.

V-Day gifts... I got dinner and flowers... Derek has nothing! Well, he didn't want the 512 Mb SD Card, so I'm looking into getting him either a support pillow for the back or the neck.

Contact List
After 3 - 4 nights or adding, deleting, editing and putting faces to names; I've finally fixed up my Contact List. Somehow, I physiologically feel more organised. I've tagged each entry with a Category and other irrelevant information to help me recall who the person might be. Now, it's all about maintence... I still have a stack of business cards in the office to be entered. Somehow, this feels like a never ending task...
