I See Red

Fortunately during the Chinese New Year period, the colour Red is a welcome sight. Especially for Ang Pows! Simply because I kinda know very well where all the money going to... my BIKE TRAINER! As usual, there was way too much food which started on Reunion Night with the EXTENDED family. Fatt Choy Yu Sheng (Prosperity Raw Fish Salad), Hoe Si Fatt Choy (Dried Oysters with Hair-like Weeds), Dai Ha (Big Prawns) and other essential good luck dishes which include Fish, Chicken, Scallops and Tung Yuen (Gluttonous Rice Ball Dessert for family unity). Not forgetting all those festive tidbits; Pineapple Tarts, Love Letters, Kuey Ban Cake and the must have Bah Kua!

No doubt I've added some pounds to start the New Year... in exchange for all the catching up, good cheers and well wishes...
