Just about a week back we were suffering weekends in a row of bad weather haze from the Indonesia slash and burn. The visibility was so bad buildings in the near distance had this blurry mist effect. The PSI levels on certain days went as high as 150 (unhealthy level).
So sometime back when I was I the Singapore Biennale Tanglin Camp "Wish Hut"; I wrote a Wanted Wish Note "Blue Skies No Haze" on a background of blue. The entire hut had all these little "Wanted" or "Offered" notes pinned in the interior. Mine stood out from the crowd as it was all blue.
More importantly, since last weekend, my wish came through. Mid week saw a heavy rain pour, clearing the haze and putting freshness back into our lives.
