Singapore Arts Festival 2010 Round Up

Having had a weak Arts Festival season last year, I was determined to set aside more time this year to enjoy the 2010 offerings. However, unlike previous years I was excited in only a handful of performances, which was actually perfect because its been harder to coordinate time with friends for the events. It also felt that budget for the festival seemed to have shrunk this year. I have to point it again to the unappealing closing ceremony... but all in all, it was a good festival.
