The 9th of November 2002 marks the day for my brand new Sony DCR TRV 950 3 CCD MiniDV camcorder. It's a hafty investment but so far the quality has been pretty mind blowing.
It's coming to a week now and I'll be testing it's low light capabilities further at the Clarke Quay Buskers Festival. Poor lighting is where most consumer cameras fail, and I am actually using more of the manual features then I thought I might. What would I do without those controls! The manuals were a chore to run through as they were so thick.
The camera should be put to some vigourious testing as it prepares for it's year end holiday trip. I always like to feel comfortable and confident of my equipment.
