It was most heartening to see a small classroom of youth gathered on a Hari Raya Pusa Public Holiday to attend the STYG Youth Day of Recollection.
These young people could have been roaming the streets or catching a movie, but they chose to spend 3/4 of their day reflecting on message to stay vigilant in prayer.

Conducted by Fr. Stephen Yim who started the session sharing on the Year of Faith 2012 - 2013.
IHS - Latin - Jeusus Hominum Salvator
Jesus Savour of man - Philippians 2:11

We are created to be happy, joyful and loving.

Genesis 3:1-9
"Where Are You?" is not the about the physical presence of where one is, but the aspect of where God is, in your heart.

Genesis 3:15
God declared battle on the devil.
Where are we? Who are we?
Where is the enemy? Who is the enemy?
The greatest enemy is within.

The rosary is for the lowly and the humble.
The simplest things are the hardest, but most powerful.
Exercise the power of prayer through the rosary.
"I must remain little..." St. Theresa of the Child Jesus (Story of a Soul)

Psalm 8:2
"Through the praise of children and infants
you have establish a stronghold against your enemies
to silence the foe and avenger."

It was amazing, we did 2 sets of rosaries! LOL! Amazing!

Psalm 127
"Unless the LORD builds the house,
They labour n vain who build it;
Unless the LORD guards the city,
The watchman stays awake in vain."

"Like arrows in the hand of a warrior,
So are the children of one's youth."

Remain hidden in the Quiver, stay sharp in prayer and remain in community.
Be tipped in God's Love. Be arrows that point out God's direction, Be arrows that heal.

Ephesians 4
How to live in community and love.

Colossians 3
We are God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved...
Forgiveness seals the community with God's love.

If you think the grass is greener on the other side, it's because it's fertilized with bullshit.

The only thing worse than being blind is having sight and no vision.

Visions / Direction for the Youth
1) Praying the Rosary
2) Devotion to St. Thesesa of the Child Jesus
3) Reading of Story of the Soul
4) Reading of the St. Teresa Church History
