I'm far from being well versed in this Flash development language, but the last 2 weeks of training have paved good grounds in best practices for ActionScript 2.0 coding. In more ways then one, I'm glad I'm still more a designer then a programmer. The training was no easy feat. Exhaustion and chicken essences to perk me up during those heavy afternoons. However, it does give great joy when you've programmed something that's slick in codes and works like a gem. I'm just grateful that applications these days have excellent "behaviours" (pre-designed classes which you simply drag and drop onto your stage) which takes the real pain out of typing and making mistakes.
I'd need sometime to run through my practice notes again and at the same time give some thought to the long overdue showreel site.
